For children and adults alike, the high quality outdoor ping-pong table, complete with bats and balls, offers hours of fun and entertainment. We also provide a swing-ball and set of cricket stumps to cater for varied sporting tastes.
Barbecue
For those keen on barbecues, this large coal or wood fired barbecue is all that you need for outside, summer dining.
Kitchen
The house boasts a large kitchen which includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, two coffee machines (bean-to-cup & Nespresso Magimix with integrated milk frother), 2-stool bar seating, lots of worktop space and direct access outdoor terrace and dining area.
About Us
Open-plan hallway, lounge & dining room
The spacious hallway with shoe racks adjoin the lounge which comfortably seats up to 8 people, 2 sofas; one of which reclines and has built in USB points for charging; fireplace and a new 40" smart TV.
Dining area
The raised dining area adjoins the hallway space and lounge, and offers seating for between 6 and 8 people. For those with "littlies" there are 2 highchairs available for use either here in the dining area or outside.
Master suite
Accessed via a corridor leading from the lounge is a generously sized master bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom. The room; complete with 4-poster bed, matching bedside tables, peacock chair, chest of drawers and extensive built-in wardrobes; opens out onto the balcony with views east and overlooking the pool area. Perfect for an early morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the horizon!
Ensuite bathroom
This new ensuite bathroom boasts a stand alone bath with views east across the valley, twin-sink unit, walk-in Italian shower and toilet.
Outdoor dining area
Soon to include large dining table with seating for 8, the outdoor dining area; just a few feet from the kitchen and outdoor barbecue; enjoy clear views down onto the pool area and beyond across the valley.
Downstairs bedrooms
The downstairs bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 twin/double; each offer guests built-in wardrobe space and views onto the outdoor play area / pool area.
Downstairs bathroom
The downstairs family bathroom comprises of sink unit, toilet and bath / shower.
Baby / toddler facilities
For convenience we provide a high chair, cot, baby bath, 2 foot stools and child cutlery & crockery
Utility room
The downstairs utility room comes equipped with washing machine, sink and laundry baskets.
Upstairs in Toumassou
Toumassou's main living area is upstairs, along with the master bedroom with it's four poster bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony looking over the swimming pool. The upstairs offers a spacious open plan lounge and indoor dining area, which lead through a double doorway into an expansive, homely kitchen.
In addition to the door providing access to the balcony from the master bedroom are four other exterior doors. Two of these, along the back of the house offer direct access from the driveway. Another leads from the kitchen towards the outdoor dining area with its view down towards the pool. The remaining door from the lounge leads onto a sizeable viewing terrace, also directly accessible from the driveway.

The downstairs of Toumassou holds 3 of the 4 bedrooms, a centrally located family bathroom with shower and a utility room with sink and washing machine. All of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes offering guests plenty of storage space and large windows with views out to the front of the house, with its views down across the hillside.
