BOOKINGS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions
· The Guests’ reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the signed agreement and the initial 30% payment.
· The security deposit of €300 is required for the rental of Maison Toumassou. However the security deposit does not limit the Guests’ liability to the Owner. The Owner will refund the security deposit within 7 days of departure, provided there is no major damage or other costs incurred.
· The balance of the rental payment with the security deposit must be settled 8 weeks before the day of arrival. If the balance has not been received 6 weeks before the day of arrival then the Owner can terminate this agreement.
· If the Guests need to cancel their reservation the balance remains payable. The Owner will endeavour to re-let the property, and if successful the Owner will refund the rental payment in full, less any expense or loss incurred in doing so.
· If for any exceptional reason the Owner needs to cancel the reservation or is closed by the French government due to a pandemic such as COVID-19, a full refund will be given to the Guests. Any liability resulting from cancellation by the Owner, for any reason, is strictly limited to the total sum paid by the Guests to the Owner.
· If for any reason the Guests leave the Property before the departure date, no refund will be given.
